Do I get to approve the signups for my own campaign?
Yes!
You can see the e-mails that users have submitted, so when you think everything is okay you can approve the sign-up yourself.

Please note that if you don't process your signups within 7 days (including weekends) then all the signups will be automatically approved. This is due to the large volume of complaints we receive from our members who are waiting too long for offers to credit. 7 days is a completely reasonable amount of time for you as the advertiser to process your ads.
